The design is to solve the problem of missing monthly promotions or VIP member perks. There was not a location on the web and mobile sites where users could look for their monthly specials. I was in charge of creating a better user experience for VIP members for the Asia market—China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore.
The concept is to create a dashboard that contained monthly progress, VIP status, and notifications so VIP members could easily browse through what they are getting each month and not miss any promotions.
